  Can I use my artwork?
  We have a full in house art department with many years of setting up our products to look their best. If you have a company logo you would like to use, you must email the art work for pre-approval before ordering. We have the ability to work with many file formats, tiff uncompressed is best. Size of the art work should be at least 4" x 4" (we will resize), at least 300 dpi (72 dpi will not work) and in black and white. If the art work does not need to be cleaned up there is no charge. If additional work needs to be preformed, we will email you with the cost before starting. Once art work is approved we will email you a code to put into the comments field of your order. Be aware that additional time will be required to complete your order when custom artwork is required.
   
  Can I get a proof?
  If you would like to get a proof of how your product will look before printing, simply add the word proof, in the comments section of your order. We will email you a proof before printing for your approval. If you would like us to change your proof simply email back to service@ink-spot.com with any notes and we will change proof and send back for your approval. Be aware that additional time will be required to complete your order when a proof is required. Order must be paid for before we begin on proof.
   
  How do I get a large quantity quote?
  Email service@ink-spot.com include in your subject field "Quote", include the type of product, quantity of product, your shipping state and your email address. We will email you a custom quote and ordering instructions.
   
  What if I don't have a credit card?
  If you would like to order but don't have a credit card, we do accept company, personal checks and money orders. Email service@ink-spot.com for ordering instructions.
   
  What if something is spelled wrong on my order?
  If there is any problem with your order, email service@ink-spot.com remember to include your order number. If there is a printing problem with your order we will reprint the order no charge, or refund your money, your choice.
   
  What if I want just one color of pen from an assorted color selection?
  If you would like to receive just one or more, colors of a pen from an assorted color select, no problem. choose assorted on the order form, and when filling in the billing details page simply write in the comments field the color pen(s) you would like to order from the assorted selection.
   
  What if I don't want to give out my Credit Card information over the net?
  You can enter your order as normal, but when entering your credit card number simply put XXX as the number. You can then fax us your order number and credit card number at 1-888-654-PENS (7367)  or call our customer service department toll-free at 1-888-654-PENS (7367) and relay your order number and credit card number to them.
   
Can I reach someone by telephone?
  You may reach one of our service reps Toll-Free during regular business hours, 7:00am - 3:30pm PST Mon. - Fri. at 1-888-654-PENS (7367) they will be happy to assist you with any questions or help you place an order.
